The Job Role

Workshop Technician

Bolton

A fantastic opportunity to join our company at a time of expansion due to a strong growth. We have an opportunity for a new workshop Technician to grow with our existing internal service team. This is a varied role, in a dynamic and fast passed workshop environment. It will cover all aspects of customer service along with bespoke set up of equipment for our field service team

Field Service Engineers

Due to further expansion we require an additional three field engineers to join our existing service team, working in and around the locations listed below.

A fantastic opportunity to join our company, having just moved to brand new purpose built premises to assist with our growth plan, very exciting times ahead.

Job role would involve the following:

  • Servicing, repairing and installing various coffee machines and vending equipment.
  • Diagnostic skills
  • Using I pad for updating information ( full training given )
  • Understanding territory and good knowledge to assist with route planning
  • Willingness to learn and improve with the company
  • On call rota
  • You would need to be smart and well presented ( full uniform provided )
  • Full Driving licence
  • Positive attitude with the ability to use your own initiative

Internal Account & Business Development Manager (Dual Role)

The Job Role

  • Your main focus will be to manage and grow the existing customer base
  • You will also be responsible for booking demonstrations for state of the art coffee machines with key decision makers with new and existing prospects.

Daily Tasks

  • Ringing existing customer base selling our range of products
  • Demonstration / Appointment setting
  • Sending proposals
  • Diary management
  • Making outbound calls & dealing with inbound sales enquiries
  • Report to the Senior Business Development Manager and Sales Director.

Skills required

  • Experience of working within a sales environment
  • Be able to explain the products and services we offer, with the ability to understand the detail behind the product and proposition.
  • Objection Handling
  • Ability to penetrate new market sectors.
  • Follow up on marketing campaigns.
  • Experience of working alone and in a sales team.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships quickly.
  • Demonstrable ability to shape the sales strategy and grow with the business.
  • Have strong influencing and negotiating skills.
  • Self-sufficient, proactive and flexible.
  • Have an organised and structured approach to work.

About Us

We are a well-established business looking to expand even further, we have recently moved into purpose built premises and are looking for professional sales people to join our already established team.

You must be able to work on your own initiative, have a confident telephone manner and work well within a vibrant team atmosphere. The role is ideal for proactive, structured individuals who have a desire to write their own pay cheques.

Full time position: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17.00
