Iced Cinnamon Caramel Latte
A divine iced coffee, rich aromatic espresso underlined with cinnamon spice and sweet caramel undertones.

Ingredients – makes 12oz Iced Cinnamon Caramel Latte
2 shots of freshly brewed espresso
20ml Caramel syrup
20ml Cinnamon syrup
240ml cold milk
Ice

To Garnish
Whipped cream
Ground cinnamon or cocoa to dust

Method
Add the espresso shots, flavoured syrups, milk and ice into the blender and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into serving glass, top with whipped cream and dust with cinnamon or cocoa powder, add a straw and serve immediately.


Iced Banana Mocha
Bananas and chocolate, what’s not to like? Add espresso and milk and you’ve got yourself a uniquely delicious blended iced coffee.

Ingredients – makes 12oz Iced Banana Mocha
2 shots of freshly brewed espresso
20ml Banana syrup
20ml Chocolate syrup
240ml cold milk
Ice

To Garnish
Whipped cream
Chocolate syrup
Banana slices

Method
Add the espresso shots, flavoured syrups, milk and ice into the blender and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into the serving glass, top with whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup and top with banana slices, add a straw and serve immediately.


Iced Caramel Almond Latte
The flavours of coffee and almond work perfectly together. This recipe provides a delicious iced version with a sweet caramel twist, great to enjoy whilst firing up the barbeque on a hot summers day.

Ingredients – makes 12oz Iced Caramel Almond Latte
2 shots of freshly brewed espresso
20ml Caramel syrup
20ml Almond syrup
240ml cold milk
Ice

To Garnish
Whipped cream
Caramel syrup
Chopped almonds

Method
