On Saturday 7th September five brave (and somewhat crazy) members of the rijo42 team took on Tough Mudder, in a quest to raise funds for the MS Society.
The challenge took place at the Broughton Hall Estate in Skipton and the team included Field Sales Consultants, Tamara Hall and Ryan Mannifield, along with Service Team members James Cooke, Simon Caple and Dave Caple.
Tough Mudder is gruelling 12 mile obstacle course designed by the Special Forces and is self proclaimed to be ‘probably the toughest event on the planet’. This hardcore course is specifically designed to test participant’s strength, stamina, determination and team spirit. Only 78% of entrants complete this physically draining and mentally exhausting event.
We’re pleased to say that the rijo42 Team completed the brutal course exactly as they started it; as a team. They displayed exceptional team spirit, assisting each other through every phase of the event and finished the course in three hours. There were a few injuries along the way which held them back slightly but they did themselves, rijo42 and the MS Society proud. Early indications show that they have raised in excess of £1500 for the MS Society which is fantastic.
A huge well done to Tamara, Ryan, James, Simon & Dave on such an amazing achievement.
