Iced Mocha

A great recipe for when the weather finally does pick up. Perfect for offering to customers in coffee shops, cafes or restaurants or simply enjoying at home with family and friends. An Iced Mocha is a chilled version of its popular hot counter part consisting of cold milk, espresso and dark chocolate syrup. A superb barbeque drink recipe for the designated drivers, deliciously refreshing on hot sunny days.

Ingredients – makes 12oz Iced Mocha
2 shots of espresso
25ml of dark chocolate flavoured coffee syrup
10oz cold milk
Whipped cream
Dark chocolate flakes to garnish

Add the chocolate syrup into the bottom of your serving glass.

Make two shots of espresso from your rijo42 bean to cup coffee machine, traditional espresso machine or home coffee machine.

Pour the espresso into the glass, add the milk and stir well. Add ice and top with whipped cream, dark chocolate flakes and a drizzle of chocolate syrup. Add a straw and serve.
